I Grieve For Brussels

Susan Worrall The Inspired Word
12 hrs
I Grieve For Brussels
I grieve for the living
I grieve for the dead
I grieve for the silence
And a life filled with dread
I grieve for the people
Who now live in fear
Who grieve for their fallen
I grieve for their tears
I grieve for the memories
They don’t get to make
I grieve for experiences
They don’t get to take
I grieve for their lives
Lost in their prime
I grieve for today
I grieve for all time
I grieve most of all
For the world that they leave
For the world it’s turned into
For this I will grieve
